For GolfXI Admin, organizations, and future user subscriptions

Effective date: July 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GolfXI's web and app-based products, including the GolfXI Admin experience that lets individuals create organizations, invite members, and manage shared golf intelligence. If you subscribe to monthly or annual plans, use promo codes, or participate as a member, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms we display when you purchase or join an organization.

Accepting the Terms

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or subscribing to GolfXI Admin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Accounts, Roles, and Organizations

Users can create or join multiple organizations. Organization creators are Admins with expanded permissions; members may have more limited access. You are responsible for keeping credentials safe, managing your roles honestly, and letting us know if an organization or membership should be terminated.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Promo Codes

GolfXI offers monthly and annual subscription options for GolfXI Admin access. Payment starts when you enroll and renews automatically at the cadence you chose until you cancel.
We charge the amount disclosed at checkout; pricing experiments may adjust those amounts, and we will notify you by email before the next billing cycle.
Promo codes may be one-time, valid until we decide to stop honoring them, or perpetual. We uphold each code according to its disclosed terms.
You must provide accurate billing information and promptly resolve failed payments. We may suspend access if payments fail repeatedly.
Cancellations stop future charges. Refunds for past periods are governed by the refund policy below and any money-back guarantee disclosed when you purchase.

Pricing Changes and Experiments

We experiment frequently with pricing and feature tiers. When we change prices or Terms, we will email you ahead of the change so you can review the new offer. Continued use after the notice constitutes acceptance. Special promotional or perpetual offers may end at our discretion, though we honor the terms stated when you redeem the code.

Money-Back Guarantee

When a GolfXI purchase page or checkout flow displays a money-back guarantee, you are entitled to a full refund of the GolfXI payment covered by that offer if you do not end up using GolfXI for the relevant event, or if GolfXI cannot score the event properly.
To request a guarantee refund, email mitch@golfxi.com with your organization name, event or plan details, and a short description of what happened. For event-based purchases, contact us within 30 days after the event date. For recurring plans without a specific event date, contact us within 30 days after purchase or renewal.
The guarantee covers payments made to GolfXI for GolfXI software, subscriptions, and paid setup services. It does not cover prize pools, wagers, player entry fees, course charges, travel costs, third-party services, or other non-GolfXI expenses.
We may ask reasonable follow-up questions to identify the purchase and confirm the event or scoring issue, but we will not require you to keep using the Services when the guarantee applies.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Trials

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
If a money-back guarantee applies to your purchase, that guarantee controls the eligible refund even if you have already paid.
Outside disclosed guarantees, we do not typically refund past subscription fees unless required by law or exceptional circumstances reviewed by us.
Trial periods (if offered) end automatically. You will be billed unless you cancel before the trial expires.
Admins may terminate organization subscriptions; members lose access when removed.

Member Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with other users, reverse-engineer the platform, or submit content in violation of any laws. Admins are responsible for their organizations and their members' conduct.

Event Text Messages

If you expressly agree to receive GolfXI event invitations by text, message frequency varies by event and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Organization admins may send event invitations only to people who expressly agreed to receive them. Admins must keep accurate consent records and may not upload purchased, rented, or otherwise unauthorized phone lists.

Future Offerings

We plan to introduce user-level subscriptions outside of organization and admin functionality. These Terms will extend to those experiences when they launch, subject to any supplemental notices we provide.

Intellectual Property

GolfXI and its licensors retain all rights to the Services, logos, and content. You may not reproduce or exploit the Services without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will indicate the effective date, post the revisions, and email you when an update affects your subscription or organization access.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GolfXI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve concerns before pursuing other remedies.
